Standard mats are about 68 inches long and 24 inches wide, but longer or wider mats are available for taller individuals or those who prefer more space. Ensure the mat fits your height and allows you to move freely without stepping off the mat during poses. If you're taller than average, look for mats that are at least 72 inches long.
